Oilton Public Works Authority (OPWA)

Chairman: Jerry Green

The O.P.W.A. operates and maintains the City’s gas, water and wastewater systems. Oilton’s drinking water comes from the Vamoosa Ada Aqueduct. The Vamoosa Ada runs through east-central Oklahoma. It goes north to south from the Kansas-Oklahoma border, west of Tulsa, and down to Seminole County. It is a major source of water for Tulsa and surrounding communities. It underlies about 2320-square miles.

Utility Bills:

Utility bills are sent out on the 1st of the month and are due by the 10th. Bills will be considered late after 4:30 p.m. on the 10th.

There is a 10% delinquent fee if paid after the 10th. If the bill is not paid by the 20th by 4:30 p.m. services will be disconnected and there will be a $75 reconnect fee.
